When I made the decision to step down as R5, it was out of a deep reflection on where the alliance had evolved and what I believed it needed to thrive in the future. I saw a shift towards power, towards a more dominant presence in the server, and I questioned whether I was the right leader for this new direction.
But what I did not anticipate was the overwhelming response from those who have been by my side in this journey—our incredible R4s and the dedicated members of The Hive Hounds. You reminded me that leadership isn’t just about strategy and direction; it’s about the people who believe in the vision we built together.
You all made it clear that the heart of this alliance is not just in its strength but in the way we lead—with empathy, strategy, and unity. That is what has made The Hive Hounds more than just an alliance. It has made us a true force, one where power and community coexist.
After speaking with my R4s and reflecting further, I have decided to remain as R5. Not because I have to, but because I want to—because we have built something I care about, and because I am not alone in this. We will continue to forge our path, balancing strength with influence, and ensuring that The Hive Hounds remains a place where leadership is not just about power, but about purpose. A new vision for how we will accomplish this will be shared in the following days.
